Adopting A GJOYful Fantasy Sculpture
Currently all available GJOYful Fantasy Sculptures are listed in our Etsy Shop and on our Facebook page. Due to the number of collectors & customers waiting on new sculptures to be released, we do not list available sculptures on this website as they sell too quickly for us to share their listings throughout all our shops/websites/pages (if we shared them through every page we would run the risk of disappointing customers by selling an OOAK Sculpture more than once through different listings). We apologise for this if it causes an inconvenience. We recommend if you're interested in purchasing a Fantasy Sculpture, to visit our Etsy Shop. If we have any sculptures available at the moment they will be listed there for sale. If we don't have any sculptures available at the moment, then you can do the following to ensure you are notified of new Dragons when they are available:
How Dragons Are Listed for Adoption
Gabriele creates "Collections" of Dragons which are put up for adoption (sale) every 1-2 months. They consist of multiple Dragons, all of which will be listed for sale separately. Usually there are between 6 and 13 Dragons in one collection.
The new collection of Dragons are then listed for sale in our Etsy shop. You will need to create an Etsy account and a Paypal account in order to purchase via Etsy.
Tips to Help Avoid Missing A Dragon
Due to the speed with which Dragons are usually adopted after being listed, we can highly recommend following these tips where possible.
1. We recommend refreshing your web browser once you have "arrived" at our Etsy Shop at the time new Dragons are due to be listed (exact dates & times are always announced via our Mailing List & Facebook page at least 24 hours before new Dragons are made available). Often at the time new Dragons are listed they will not appear on each individual's screens automatically due to variations in web browsers, internet connections and personal settings. Please remember to refresh your web browser while waiting for Dragons to be listed.
2. A frequent confusion that can see potentional adoptees miss out on a Dragon, is the misconception that clicking "Add to Cart" via a Dragon's Etsy listing means that they have purchased the Dragon. This is NOT the case, and many people have missed purchasing a Dragon because of this. Once you have clicked "Add to Cart," you must then click "Check Out With Paypal," and complete the login process via Paypal. Once you have done this and clicked "Submit Order," you will have paid for your Dragon and the Dragon is yours!
If on the other hand you complete half of this process and then receive a notification saying the item is unavailable, unfortunately this means someone else has completed payment before you.
3. Once you know the date and time new Dragons will be listed, check the World Clock to see what time this will be in your part of the world so you know in advance. Some collectors have even mentioned setting alarms to alert & remind them to be at their computers.

Postage & Packaging
We post GJOYful Fantasy Sculptures worldwide. Gabriele's sculptures live all over the world including England, Scotland, USA, Germany, Russia, New Zealand, Indonesia, China, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Spain, Africa, Canada, and of course Australia.
Sculptures are posted within 3 - 5 days after receiving cleared payment via Paypal.
Each Sculpture is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and/or bubble wrap then packaged in a postal box with all it's tags and scrolls. They are then posted via Australia Post, with a tracking number.
We post all sculptures with tracking numbers so we are able to track them during transit ~ if you require parcel insurance you will need to pay for this as an extra cost.
Please note that we have never had a sculpture go missing in the post, or arrive damaged.
Each sculpture goes to his or her new home with a personalised tag and scrolls containing the sculpture's story & a little about how it was made.
Your country's duty/import/customs taxes are not our responsibility. If these apply to you it is up to you to research and contact your customs office for more information. If a sculpture becomes held in your customs office the charges associated with this situation are your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Customs and import taxes are often collected when you pick up your parcel from your post office, please do not confuse this as an extra postal cost or charge.
Refunds & Damages
We do not offer refunds for a wrong choice made, however if your GJOYful Fantasy Sculpture arrives damaged please make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving it as we will happily arrange for the damaged Sculpture to be returned. Refund for the full cost of the Sculpture (minus postage charges) would be sent to the buyer after we receive the returned Sculpture.
Please be gentle with your Sculptures, and remember that they are pieces of art and not suitable for children under the age of 14 years. They are also not suited to outdoor displays and we recommend displaying them indoors only.
We are very glad to inform you that no one has ever contacted us with the need to return a damaged sculpture.
Gabriele takes custom orders for her GJOYful Fantasy Sculpture Dragons. As a rule she accepts no more than 3 custom order requests per month, this allows her to still create collections of Dragons for general sale.
